You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that AXCESS TIX SERVICES LIMITED and Company have no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under this Agreement and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which AXCESS TIX SERVICES LIMITED and/or Company may suffer) of any such breach.
AXCESS TIX SERVICES LIMITED and Company do not charge for access using its mobile application; however, your carrier rates will apply, such as fees for text messaging and data charges. You hereby acknowledge, agree, and provide consent in order for users to sync any device with your information.
You understand that the Site employs the use of cookies and you hereby acknowledge and agree that by using the Site that you to consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You understand that all information (such as data files, written text, computer software, music, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos or other images) which you may have access to as part of, or through your use of, the Services are the sole responsibility of the person from which such materials originated, which may be you.
AXCESS TIX SERVICES LIMITED and Company allow the following organizations to link to the Site without prior written approval: (a) government agencies, (b) search engines, (c) news organizations, (d) online directory distributors when they list AXCESS TIX SERVICES LIMITED or Company in the directory may link to the Site in the same manner as they hyperlink to the websites of other listed businesses, (e) and system wide accredited businesses, except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to the Site.
